Shipping

All items in our store are handmade. Please note due to high volume of orders our processing time is 7-21 business days. Once your order is completed you will be notified by email that your order is ready to be shipped. Shipping times are in accordandce with Australia Post.

Please Note that 21 Business Days does not include Weekends and Public Holidays.

Tracking

All orders within Australia are sent without tracking via regular post. If you’d like your order to be tracked please select Tracked/Express Post at the checkout. International orders including New Zealand postage is calculated by order weight. Please email us at liveloveandcraftpapercraft@gmail.com to discuss.
Please Note that we take no responsibility for orders that go missing if you have selected regular post at the checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Customers within Australia and New Zeeland should receive their order within 14 business days (not including holiday periods).
Registered Post 2-7 business days.
Express Post 1-3 business days.
